Additionally, all our team members are CPR-certified, guaranteeing the safety and well-being of every child in our care.
Teaching Staff & Staff Training
We believe that our teachers/caregivers are the foundation of our success. Our teachers/caregivers are carefully selected and come to us with high recommendations. Each Lead Teacher must have a minimum of 2 years childcare facility experience and child development courses. Each teacher/caregiver must maintain 30 clock hours of training per year and be CPR/First Aid Certified. Our staff is carefully trained and yearly evaluations are conducted. Training is scheduled according to areas of needed improvement.
